Create Your Profile
Create your WellnessLiving profile so you can view the schedule, sign waivers, book classes, and access your programs.
After creating your profile, download the WellnessLiving Achieve App for the easiest way to view your schedule, sign up for classes, and track your progress.

Reach Out to Liv
Most new clients begin by simply asking questions, observing, or easing in gradually.
Once your profile is created and you have downloaded the app, text or email me directly so I can help guide you toward the best starting point.
Together, we can:
• Decide whether to observe or try a class
• Choose the best class day and time
• Go over the schedule and membership options
• Discuss any injuries or concerns
• Ask questions before getting started
This helps me create the best experience possible for you.

Begin At Your Own Pace
There is no one “right” way to start.
Some clients jump right into class. Others begin by observing, asking questions, or starting slowly with extra guidance.
Both are welcome here.

Eagle Eye Yoga
Yoga, mobility, restorative classes, sound baths, mindfulness, and seasonal wellness experiences designed to support both body and mind.
Small Group Strength Training Times
I offer several small group strength training time options so you can choose the rhythm that fits your life best.
Mondays & Wednesdays
Women’s Strength Groups:
5:30 AM • 6:15 AM • 7:00 AM • 9:30 AM • 4:30 PM • 5:15 PM
Men’s Strength Group:
8:15 AM
Monday: Co-Ed Group at 6:00 PM
Friday: Co-Ed Group at 8:15 AM
Saturday: Co-Ed Group at 7:30 AM
A quick note:
Space is limited in each group, so I can keep the coaching personal, supportive, and focused on proper form.
